CartiamAI LLC terms of service — Enterprise OS
Version: 2026-10-v1
CartiamAI LLC, registered in the United States and based in New Mexico, provides a business operating system to organizations. Customers retain ownership of their data and grant only the permission needed to store, process and back up that data to provide the service.
Each account requires an individual identity and explicit acceptance. Organization administrators are responsible for their users, permissions, content and lawful processing of employee and customer data.
The monthly subscription amount and currency appear in Checkout before purchase. Applicable taxes appear at payment. Renewal is automatic until cancellation through the billing portal. End-of-period cancellation preserves access until that date. No universal refund policy is presumed; mandatory applicable rights are respected.
Promotions of 15 or 30 days require an eligible server-validated code and Checkout. The displayed subscription amount is charged when the promotional period ends unless canceled first. Returning from the payment page does not activate access; payment-provider confirmation is required.
Failed payments may start a grace period followed by suspension of product use. Billing, account recovery and data export remain available. Cancellation does not immediately delete data. The published retention policy and legal duties govern preservation.
Unauthorized cross-organization access, shared credentials, unlawful content, abuse and bypassing controls are prohibited. AI connections and integrations require authorization and their actions respect organization permissions; customers must review AI results.
No specific availability or economic result is guaranteed without a separate agreement. CartiamAI handles support and incidents and may perform maintenance. This is an electronic acceptance record, not an advanced electronic signature.
The initial offer includes up to 25 active users and 50 GiB of private storage per organization. It excludes AI provider consumption, custom development and dedicated infrastructure. Additional services and capacity require a separate agreement.
Data processing agreement: for operational data uploaded by the customer, the customer is the controller and CartiamAI the processor or service provider under applicable law. Processing includes storage, retrieval, organization, authorized transmission, export and backup during the published service and retention periods; data may concern contacts, employees, customers, projects and evidence. Customers must not upload specially protected data outside the agreed scope.
CartiamAI processes this data under the customer's documented instructions, limits access to authorized people subject to confidentiality and applies reasonable security controls. Enabled hosting, storage and email subprocessors must be identified before launch and receive equivalent protection duties. AI receives data only through a customer-authorized connection and request.
CartiamAI informs the customer of confirmed personal data incidents without undue delay and reasonably assists with rights requests, assessments and applicable duties. On termination, export and deletion follow retention and legal requirements; backups expire under their policy. International transfers require the mechanism applicable to the jurisdiction and actual provider. Customers may request information about controls and agree on a proportionate review without access to other organizations' data.
Material changes require acceptance of a new version. Mandatory rights and applicable rules are preserved. Contact and requests: CartiamAI's published support channel.
